All orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders and on selected international orders where this promotion is clearly stated.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please reach out to our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the situation, arrange a replacement or refund.
However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect address details provided by the customer

Address Changes & Corrections
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
