Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
- To start a return, please email support@getsmoothspine.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once reviewed, we may issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Return Condition Requirements
- The massager should be in nearly the same condition as when you received it, with only minimal testing allowed.
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping

- We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit.
Refund Procedure

- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- The refund will cover the product price only and does not include shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties unless stated otherwise.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of misuse, heavy wear, damage, or missing parts.
Product Exchanges
- If you would like to switch to a different model (subject to availability), please contact us. The process will be handled as a return followed by a new order.
Additional Information
- This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
- For international customers, any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable through us. You must contact your local customs authority for assistance if applicable.
